01

Shiva upasana

The worship of Shiva rests on reverence, simplicity and an attentive heart. A daily time for prayer, remembrance and the practice received from the Guru gives this devotion continuity. The sacred presence of Shiva may be approached through the Shivalinga, through His divine form, and through quiet contemplation.

02

Mahakal Bhagwan

Mahakal Bhagwan is Shiva as the Lord of time. His remembrance draws the seeker towards surrender, courage and a clear sense of what is enduring. Yogini Brahmanshi’s devotion to Mahakal Bhagwan is an integral foundation of her sadhana and Guru Karya. This devotion finds expression in pujan, japa and the responsibilities of everyday life.

03

Shiva pujan and abhishek

Offerings, abhishek and stotra recitation are approached with cleanliness, devotion and attention to the method being followed. The meaning of an offering and the intention behind it give worship depth. A seeker can begin by discussing the worship already established at home and the guidance needed to sustain it.

04

Shiva–Shakti and Guru guidance

Within Shri Vidya, the unity of Shiva and Shakti is central to the sacred understanding of worship. Shiva Sadhana and Devi upasana are held together through the instructions of the Guru. For mantra Diksha or a specific anushthan, share your present practice with Yogini Brahmanshi so that the next step follows your preparation and the Parampara.
