How applications are handled
Applications are stored in a private owner inbox for review by Yogini Brahmanshi. The form uses a self-hosted ALTCHA spam-protection check, submission limits and one-use verification. Email notifications are routed through FormSubmit to yoginibrahmanshi@gmail.com after recipient activation. FormSubmit processes the submitted information for delivery and retains submission records for 30 days under its privacy policy. The website inbox is accessible only to the owner.

For a correction, deletion request, or a question about your information, write to yoginibrahmanshi@gmail.com. Your application is used for the enquiry and related guidance. It does not automatically add you to a mailing list.
