01

Refining the inner instrument

Sadhana asks for an attentive relationship with thought, speech and action. Honest intention, thoughtful speech and the ability to return to practice give inner preparation a practical form. The seeker learns to bring the same care to worship and to everyday responsibilities.

02

Preparation for deeper worship

As the practice deepens, clarity and steadiness allow the disciple to receive and apply further instruction. Guru-guided preparation may include attention to the routine of worship, reflection and the conduct that supports it. Its form is adapted to the disciple and the sadhana being undertaken.

03

The next step

Discuss your current practice and the points that need clarification with Yogini Brahmanshi. The reading sequence introduces Shri Chakra and inner preparation before the Nitya Devis; the personal practice received through Diksha follows the Guru’s instruction.
